We deliver excellent web design and hosting by utilizing Content Management Software. This software has been researched and developed especially to cater for each customer’s individual corporate image and requirements, whilst taking into account that this may change after the website has become live and therefore allowing for constant flexibility.

The customer can add or amend the content on the website without the assistance of internet professionals.


Whilst in most instances we recommend a WCS Sitebuilder System there are circumstances we would recommend other solutions, for example where customers simply need a 1 to 3 page website, where potentially good positioning on the search engines is inconsequential, and where the initial cost of £350 and on-going annual costs are outside of the customer’s budget.

In this instance there are 2 options that WCS would recommend:

• Option 1 - a 1 or 2 page holding website with your preferred domain name OR
• Option 2 - a Microsoft Office live website

In both instances WCS will provide the graphic design and the website layout expertise.



If you decide that a 2 page holding website is what you require then we will build the ‘Home Page’ and ‘Contact Us Page’ as well as hosting the website for you. The annual cost of the hosting will be £55.

If you would prefer a Microsoft Office Live website we will build the first 2 pages of the website, and design and create the corporate image banner for the website for a minimal design fee. The website is hosted by Microsoft in the US and is free of any annual hosting charges.

In either case, once the website is live, or even before, you can transition to the WCS Website Sitebuilder service at any time.

Your own web page for just £250 for the year!

As well as designing websites, we also have the perfect alternative for you if you need an extended web presence.

Our web directory sites (see www.haqpublishing.com for the full list) are doing particularly well at present, and we are receiving in the region of 450,000 hits (29,000 unique visitors) a month per directory web site.

We are offering an exciting new package which consists of a full web page devoted solely to your company. This will act as a showcase for your business on a specialist site, meaning you will have your very own page with all the benefits of our large and ever increasing traffic rates at just a fraction of the cost of similar services.

The page has various options for you to customise, including the placement of

• Between 2 and 5 full colour images
• Up to 1000 words of text, which you can personalise to suit your corporate image by including bullet points, font variations and different styles to make the page fully yours.
• You can even include testimonials from your customers in order to enhance your page and give them a mention too!
• Hyperlinks through to any website and emails addresses you may set up or already run.

These packages are set at £500 + vat for the year, but as we are doing a special introductory offer for the first few customers taking the package, we are able to offer this at the reduced rate of just £250 + vat for the year. To get you started, our production team will be happy to use images and any wording you supply at no extra cost to create and design the web page, after which you are free to amend and add to it throughout the year.
